CLASS OFFERINGS
Group Classes
We have 6 beautiful wood balanced body studio reformers equipped with a tower and infinity bar for fun and varied classes. Our mat classes allow for up to nine people. Our small group size allows for personal attention and fosters a great sense of community. All classes offer a full body workout with an emphasis on moving the spine in all directions so you walk out feeling strong and refreshed.

Reformer Foundations (Level 1)
This class is designed for those who are new to Pilates or want to focus on refining their foundational skills. You’ll learn essential Reformer exercises, proper alignment, and breathing techniques at a comfortable pace. Ideal for beginners, those returning to Pilates, or anyone recovering from injury who may need modifications. Expect supportive guidance, personalized adjustments, and a focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence in your practice.
Reformer Align (Level 2)
This class builds on the essential Reformer exercises, introducing progressions to challenge your strength, stability, and coordination. Whether you’re newer to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided through modifications and variations to match your experience level. Expect a balanced workout that deepens your understanding of core principles while keeping your body moving, strong, and energized. In Reformer Align+, we start to take things up a notch. Perfect for those ready to take their practice to the next level.
Reformer Flow (Level 3)
This intermediate/advanced class is designed with a steady pace and athletic flow that challenges coordination and balance. Designed for those that are experienced with the essential & intermediate work on the reformer and at least 10 reformer classes under their belt, this class will move fluidly and offer creative variations to further challenge mind-body coordination and keep things fresh. Reformer flow is not recommended for anyone with injuries, recovering from injuries, or beginners. If you are not sure if this class is for you, please ask our instructors.
Tower Classes

Tower Pilates classes fuse mat work with the support and challenge of the tower springs to create a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength, mobility, control, and endurance. A great way to mix up your workout and keep your body guessing.
Cardio Flow (Level 2-3)
Ready to turn up the energy? Our Cardio Flow circuit class brings cardio-driven intensity to your pilates practice through a dynamic rotation of four stations featuring a mix of reformer, jump Board, chair, tower, TRX, fuseladder, and mat work.
With stations changing every three minutes, you'll keep your heart rate up while building strength, endurance, coordination, and control. No two classes are exactly alike, and your instructor will be there every step of the way to provide guidance, modifications, and motivation.
Designed for intermediate to advanced members who have completed at least 10 reformer-based classes and are comfortable moving at a faster pace.

One on One Private/Duet Sessions
Sessions will be tailored to your specific goals and needs, whether you are looking to start your fitness journey with a strong foundation and proper biomechanics, training for an athletic event, pre/post natal, rehabbing from an injury, or just want the flexibility to work out on your schedule or with your friends. Subject to instructor availability. Must be scheduled directly with the studio.

Love your pilates movement practice and want to share it with friends & family? Perhaps a team building experience? Maybe you have a special event to celebrate.
